Philipsburg - Civil notary office SPS, formerly known as Schaepman en Speetjens, will officially open its new Cole Bay branch office next friday June 26. Also Mr. Henry Parisius will be sworn in as a civil notary of SPS.
Fanny Fung-A-Loi will be the civil law notary who takes over the office of Marcel van der Plank. She will be sworn in next friday. Civil law notaries Burgers and Fung-A-Loi will work together as of June 29 in a partnership. The office will be named ‘Burgers & Fung-A-Loi Civil law notaries’. The office will be a general notary practice and be specialised in corporate law, real estate law and mortgages (both mortgage deeds as public auctions).

The Joint Court of Justice of the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba determined this in appeal, in spite of a previous verdict of the Supreme Court, that the gay-marriage is lawful in the entire Kingdom.
